ascender 352
I thought he does become irrelevant under this scenario, at least that's how this is being reported by some places?
forlanssister 3,114
I thought he does become irrelevant under this scenario, at least that's how this is being reported by some places? Probably because it suits some peoples purpose for people to think that.
caseyjones 0
Think Close Leasing have first dibs. Never happened. You should be banned. Will there be anything left for a CVA?
Bluedell 5,686
Am I correct in saying that Whyte will get paid first out of the oldco creditors pot, along with D&P? I don't think he is owed anything, so no.
Tumshie RFC 0
You can bet the scumbag will be making money out of it.
Bluedell 5,686
85% of a company with circa £11m in the bank.....however I believe the Admins will still be in control of the PLC, so Whyte can't get his hands on the cash!!! And after the cash is gone, he will either leave the company to sit there, sell to someone or liquidate it.
caseyjones 0
I don't think he is owed anything, so no. Why then would he be taken to court to acquire his (worthless)shareholding?
Bluedell 5,686
Why then would he be taken to court to acquire his (worthless)shareholding? Because he owns the shares of The Rangers Football Club P.L.C, company number SC4276, founded on 27 May 1899. The company may not have any assets going forward but it is what it is.

Bluedell 5,686
Do Close appear on the creditors listing? How much are they owed?
