Frankie 8,677
I think Whyte may well be sitting very comfortably. His plan seems to be working as it stands.
Bluedell 5,691
I think Whyte may well be sitting very comfortably. His plan seems to be working as it stands. What benefit is he getting from all this?
Frankie 8,677
What benefit is he getting from all this? I honestly don't know mate. But he must have known all this was going to happen from the moment he stopped paying our PAYE. There must be a wage somewhere for him. Must be.

Darthter 542
Am I correct in saying that Whyte will get paid first out of the oldco creditors pot, along with D&P? I think, only if his secured creditor status stands up to scrutiny.
Darthter 542
How does it work if that assets are sold/transferred into a newco , what does CW hold 85% off 85% of a company with circa £11m in the bank.....however I believe the Admins will still be in control of the PLC, so Whyte can't get his hands on the cash!!!
