Stefanovitch 0
On the condition a CVA is agreed with creditors and Mr Whytes shares are acquired.
GovanAllan 0
Well that's two big conditions that can scupper this deal straight away.
Darthter 542
Well that's two big conditions that can scupper this deal straight away. ANY bid has to be conditional on a CVA being agreed. A CVA can't be agreed until a bid is placed/accepted and a creditors pot is confirmed..... I would imagine likewise with CW's shares....
stewarty 2,118
Agreed. Too many false dawns to get too excited but hopefully some substantive progress at last.
MoodyBlue 0
It's just submitted doesn't mean Duff&Duffer will accept it. The Rangers fightback is well and truly on - the bears are mobilised - they dare not reject it !!!!
Gazza_8 233
I won't be getting excited until its accepted.

Gers4Life 0
It's just submitted doesn't mean Duff&Duffer will accept it. If they know what's good for them then they will as I wouldn't want to be stood in front of 50'000 bears and risk putting us into liquidation and tbh I think they have made more than enough money!
