Celtic manager Neil Lennon will face three charges over his reaction to the Scottish Cup semi-final defeat by Hearts, the Scottish Football Association has confirmed.

Lennon has been issued with a notice of complaint accusing him of breaching three SFA rules relating to Hearts' 2-1 victory at Hampden Park.

The Northern Irishman ran on to the pitch to confront referee Euan Norris after the official handed Hearts a controversial last-minute penalty to send the Edinburgh side through to the final.

Lennon, who was hit with a two-match touchline ban last week over a separate incident, has seven days to respond with an SFA hearing pencilled in for May 10th.

Lennon was forced to watch last weekend's win over Motherwell from the stands and he will again be away from the touchline in this weekend's Old Firm derby with Rangers at Celtic Park.

Bets that it's a slap or something just as trivial again?
