NOW is the time for any of the prospective buyer to step up & whap their bid in the table!!! (other things may be whapped out, but that's optional...;) )

The club needs leadership desperately.

Ideally, I would love to see ANY of the bidders simply saying here's yer cash, forget exclusivity periods or due diligence, just give me the reins and let get on with it!!!

What happens if there are no unconditional bidders willing to put up the half million to be the preferred bidder? Does the set the stage for a petition into bankruptcy by any of the creditors? As well, does that trigger Ticketus to then sue Whyte in full based on a personal guarantee?

Why is there need to pay for preferred bidder status anyway? Ain't that solely the case when someone wants to jump ahead of the rest? Of course, with the SFA verdict, about half a dozen conditions will be added to any possible deal essentially by default. Thus, the whole take-over process will be delayed further while the money deadline slowly but steadily appears on the horizon.
