Running costs of the club are costs incurred to keep the club going now, not meeting debts incurred pre-administration. So if you're saying all Rangers fans are petty to want to get one over on a club who have treated us very poorly for a long time, then so be it. Do the Admin not have the money and asked the Fund to step in? Seems strange for this to happen, especially as it has broken the rules. Admin came to an agreement with Yorkston and told him that they would get all the £84,000 for it.
