Ticketus v Rangers

The fact that clubs, nee, businesses in general go out of business shouldn't be considered as some sort of cake walk for admins, due entirely to this crazy concept of 'markets'. It is that way because most of the professions that have a part to play are also members of their professional groups(unions if you like) and so are the politicians that set the laws that allow it.

It is not merely a case of that's the way it is, as it's taken years to work themselves into this position and they should be regualated, harshly.

So it is the professions fault ? So the management of companies that run their company into the ground are to be exonerated of blame - but lets blame the administrators who come in and actually try to have the company recover into health ?

Professionals certainly know how to 'interpret' the law to their benefit.

Where I said it was done deliberately, I don't know.

I do remember though banks massaging the figures of, was it Citycorp, or was it Citybank, to make it look like companies that were losing money, look to be healthy. The theory being that every would come right in the end, but the worlds economy went to fuck instead.

Or do you hold that it's folk like me, on benefits that's caused the world wide decline. I'm certainly going to get my benefit CUT to save crooked bankers and accountants.
