I think lawyers and accountants will have a lot more cash to come as as a result of our travails.

The final bill from Duff & Phelps will be a staggering amount of money.

As is the case with almost ALL administrations and liquidations. It is the way it is, which is why more should be done to prevent clubs going into administration. Cant really blame the administrators if we come out of this the other end still intact.

I don't blame the administrators Craig, I blame those with the power to regulate these things. IPs will charge companies whatever they can get away with charging, but personally, I think there should be limits set as to what they're allowed to charge football clubs (and clubs in other sports), just as there should be limits set as to what percentage of their income football club's are allowed to spend on wages (like the wage caps in certain leagues down south). It's not exactly good for the health of football for the administration process to be so expensive for clubs who are already in financial trouble, just as it's unhealthy for club's to live dangerously outwith their means. Fifteen English clubs have gone into administration in the past 3 years and 3 of those have been liquidated in the past 2 years alone. Which people and companies are benefitting from all this while football clubs go down the drain?

Surely they"ll be subtracting the time sorting the hold-up caused by them not registering the Administration... :-( As I've said elsewhere these Administrators should be Government appointed and non profit making! As for this hold up no doubt the fella spent stacks of time drinking water - I can't remember ever seeing anyone take so long drinking water!

If I was getting paid £500 an hour I'd drink my water slowly too! I'd do a lot of things slowly. Just imagine getting paid £125 to go for a 15 minute shite!! :D

When the bald fella drinks the water you can see the other one smiling as if to say christ we're making a fortune! We can laugh but ultimately it's them taking the piss.

The fact that clubs, nee, businesses in general go out of business shouldn't be considered as some sort of cake walk for admins, due entirely to this crazy concept of 'markets'. It is that way because most of the professions that have a part to play are also members of their professional groups(unions if you like) and so are the politicians that set the laws that allow it.

It is not merely a case of that's the way it is, as it's taken years to work themselves into this position and they should be regualated, harshly.
