The SPL and the SFL will be merged, you can bet on that.

 

I'm thinking they'll only be merged if we move to a system of bigger leagues and even then it might not be the case that the SPL & SFL merge into one entity.

They WILL be merged, Zappa, don't forget I told you first. There's a lot more on this but if I spilled the beans ...........
