By using EBT's in the first place, which appear to be legal at the time they were used, but not now, it's tells that someone was looking to dodge tax. It's all in the manner of how you set them up. In the past, when you get into these grey areas of tax/business law, you can be sure if they were outragously illegal, he'd have left the country by now. Instead, he sold on to the conman and is just coming out with his usual egotistical bull.
