Ive got to say, i had high hopes for Buffel this season.

He was looking good towards the end of last year being the creative force but has only shown that in very slight glimpses this season.

there's a danger of reading into these comments too far, but they do seem to suggest there may be an underlying tension.

I think Smith is a cracking wee player who plays a solid game week in week out. He is one of the few that do so.

Agree about Smith, i think he has the right attitude compared to maybe Hutton.

 

I dont know about anyone else but Smith reminds me slightly in Stuart Munro. He has the potential to be our long term LB which is yet another postion we were blessed for years with Robertson and Numan.

Not too impressed by Boyd's attitude, wee Nacho can give him lessons on that.

smith played really good tonight, he defended well and had some exellent crosses into the box

I thought Smith was excellent too. His overlapping was just what we needed and his crosses superb. He was also very hard to beat when they attacked on the right and cut out most of the stuff there.

Smith did very well both getting forward and when needed in defence last night. I only remember him being beat once at the very begining. Other than that he seemed to get the ball away pretty comfortably, whether it be by hoffing it up the pitch or out for a corner.
