Hope for Rangers with administrator set to seize Whyte's shares

Recommended Posts

Maybe because they cannot trust themselves to not be whankers when asked - which they will be inevitably - about Rangers. Or maybe because they will soon release a statement yet again stating they don't care about Rangers, they don't need Rangers and don't want their tie with United undermined.

You know, the poor us, statement.

How can they possibly hold a press conference at a time like this, St Paulius McBridius has gone with the angels don;t you know?

Apparently the administrators are having difficulty unravelling that point, you would have thought a simple call to LBG would clear the matter up to everyone's satisfaction, at least there would be no doubt then.

There is no doubt. The administrators have confirmed that he is not a creditor.

I would have expected them to say they are playing in his honour then, that proceeds will go to blah blah blah snore.

Why what ?

Why would clearing the Lloyds debt make him a "preferred creditor" when the money he used was not his own and none he could use as a loan et al. My question would be how much are Rangers are worth going by what Whyte paid. Essentially, he paid 1 pound to SDM for the shares, the stadium and Murray Park (et al). That is what makes him the chairman, right? The debt-deal with Lloyds and Ticketus is something that needs to be clarified.

Well ... ain't he the secured creditor because he bought the club (and thus the shares and Ibrox and MP) from SDM ... for 1 pound? He cleared the debt with Lloyds fair enough, but that does not make him the secured creditor, does it? And if so, why?

He cleared the lloyds debt using our money( the supporters) the guy should be hung drawn and quartered!
