If he is found guilty of taking over Rangers by illegal means (selling season tickets before he owned Rangers) then selling the Arsenal shares was theft.

 

I doubt if it's theft though it certainly was morally bankrupt.

 

No doubt that's a line the administrators might pursue; how can you sell something you don't legitimately own?

But I think that the problem might be that it wasn't Craig Whyte who sold anything it was the Club, so if the sales were carried out properly then it might be difficult to unravel but it's worth a shout.
