RFC in court today RE: Collyer-Bristow £3.6million

Five groups want share £3.6m. Administrators (full); Jerome Pension £2.95m; HMRC £2.8m; Merchant Turnaround £1m; Ticketus unspecified.

 

Looks like it will be heard in full on the 29th March.

Battling 4 other parties for the cash including Ticketus, HMRC, our own Former Players' Benevolent Fund and, yes, a Mr Craig Thomas Whyte.

 

Looks like it starts around 10.30am.

We should probably all be hoping that the Ticketus deal is null & void anyway or that the deal is not an issue for Rangers, so I'm baffled and confused as to why our administrators are even challenging the scraps from that table.

 

Ok, so it's a few million we could badly do with right now, but it's nothing compared to the full liability of the deal.

 

Where's Lloyds of London in all this then?
