Portsmouth and Rangers in talks.

Recommended Posts

Portsmouth and Rangers administrators are involved in discussions with a view to arranging a friendly between the two financially-stricken clubs.

Pompey's administrator Trevor Birch contacted the Scottish club last week and now both sides are looking into costs and logistics to see if the exhibition match could be arranged........

Seems like a very good idea to me if it can be made worthwhile for both clubs. With us not having any cup games maybe doing both home and away friendlies with them would be the best option?

The Skinto Cup.

Would be heaven on earth though if maybe all supporters from both clubs came out defiantly in support.

Or am I living in cloud cuckoo land?

Seriously...by making the entrance fee very reasonable then full capacity can be achieved for such games home and away.

Not sure about the Skinto Cup though?

If there is a trophy, I'll go. Even if it is an empty Irn-Bru bottle. :D
