If Duff & Phelps rule the takeover null and void - who is liable to repay TicketUs? If someone buys from Whyte while we are in administration - who repays TicketUs? Some will see that as a strategy acceptable for our club. I don't. No, I don't either. Those with that way of thinking need to realise that taking us down this route is a very dangerous one indeed. There's no proof that money has been kept back or safeguarded for future investment, there's no guarantee that we'll get a CVA approved and exit administration safely and even if we do, we'll then be in a position where one more administration event will mean a wopping 25 point deduction and risk the very foundations of the club. We'll have to wait and see what the administrators say about the club's finances when they finally release a full report, but the situation with future season ticket money is a very serious one, so I think we need to hope that irregularities in the takeover process do us a big favour on that front. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think you only have to take the roofing deal as well to see he goes through life fucking people. Another trait of conmen is that they believe in their own lies and are compulsary liars. The fans would actually save money on travel and sundries... If it's for real then surely missing a few games for the same money is worth your club not having £24M stolen from it?
