But I would be very doubtful that the administrators would act in any way other than in the best interests of the creditors and shareholders (ALL shareholders, not just CW). Craig Whyte and Kevin Sykes used control a company called Gateway Insolvency Ltd via a company called Chariot Traders Ltd, somehow I doubt if they always acted in the best interests of both the creditors and shareholders!
