Spot on plus as Ticketus have also said, they conducted due diligence on the deal and are unlikely to part with (allegedly) £24m to a man who has no means of payment. We may actually be in a position to pay a hefty HMRC case loss OR go into administration owing them the cash only to exit by offering pennies in the pound in settlement. Scrupulous?
