I ordered them and paid for them on the day I arrived for the game. It may well be a lot diffirent now, but I never mentioned the tickets were for a foriegner as I wasn't asked. You'd probably have a bit more trouble getting OF tickets, probably resticted views, but it could be done. I know I'm wanting to try some time.
