Pato was reekin' pish and he'd have joined PSG if it wasn't for the fact Silvio Berlusconi's (incredibly hot) daughter is pregnant with his baby (allegedly). They're most certainly an item. It's a matter of debate regarding who actually rejected the bid; the player himself, or big boss Berlu. But while the Duck is a bit of an idiot, I'll give him some credit that about to become a dad he doesn't want to abandon his woman and sprog.
