Danny 0
Has Healy scored 5 goals in 2 starts and 3 sub appearances?
Zappa 0
7 competitive appearances this season comprised of starts against Falkirk in the Cup, Motherwell last week and Arbroath today. Came on as a sub at Firpark in August, against Celtic in our 4-2 win at Ibrox, against Dunfermline in our 0-4 away win and also against Celtic at their midden. 2 goals in those 7 appearances.
Super_Ally 0
Thought I heard 2 in the commentary today. Aside from today and the other week I cant remember the others.
Danny 0
Typo on my part, meant 3 goals, not 5. 2 against Motherwell separate matches, and one today. The other was last season S_A - he came on late in a 6-0 against Motherwell I think it was, and scored in the last 5 minutes I believe. But that's 2 starts in a row and 2 goals. Long way to go before he's consistently established, but I'm delighted for him and hope he keeps it up. I don't see why he can't.
pete 2,511
I don't think it is only goals that Healy brings to the team his movement is far better than anyone else we have and that gives Jelavic far more space by pulling defenders away. This team is actually starting to look good with all the things we were saying was missing. Aluko must be the first name on the team sheet and given the same allowance of movement that Naismith had. In another thread it was said that three goals does not change the supporters mind on Healy and that may be so, but anyone still doubting Aluko's talents must be totally against change of mind.
calscot 0
Heard he missed a couple of sitters which seems to happen a lot for him. So while he scores a few, he doesn't seem to instil total confidence in the fans.
Ergatrude 0
He missed at least 3 howlers. Could put it down to lack of sharpness. If we hadn't won so comfortably I'm almost certain he would be getting slated for that.
chilledbear 16
Every striker misses chances. Just looking at the number of appearances, he must be playing to get some sharpness back, before we can judge.
GovanAllan 0
They all miss more than they score, just ask his manager about that. Ally used to have me pulling my hair out at times, at least he's getting himself into the position to miss the finishing will come.
der Berliner 4,165
Sometimes, even Wikipedia can be your friend. David Healy MBE (not including the Arbroath goal). As with the 2nd coming of Kenny Miller, some strikers are more known for their assisting work than their goalscoring prowess. I see Healy more in that department than in a Boyd/Negri role.
