The Rangers manager has confirmed he has identified "one or two" targets to add to his squad and says he will speak to club chairman Craig Whyte in the near future over the possibility of funds being made available

This leaves me incredulous; how can he have

identified "one or two" targets
if he doesn't know if funds are going to be available. Is he just being a boy scout?

He hasn't spoken to Whyte up until now about whether or not money will be available in January, which is two days away? :(

I'm sure I read after the £6.5 Million offoer for Jelavic that Rangers would only be considering an early offer, in order to give them time to look for a replacement. I'm not sure if the reporter was 'quoting' anyone, or merely speculating on this subject, which is the usual thing.

Taking the report to be a quote of some kind, or well infromed insider info, maybe Ally is making it obvious that there has been NO bids yet and any potential buyers had better get a move on.

But as these things are usually a mixture of specualtion and lies, how the feck do I know whats going on? Or anybody for that matter?

Symptomatic of how the club is now being run.
