McInnes doing well at Bristol

Derek McInnes is going great guns in the Cahmpionship, a loss and two wins shows signs that there is a good manager in there. Possibily a future Rangers boss? Not if he continues to do well in my opinion as he'd be taking a big drop in wages to comeback to Scotland.

Things mght change, but not by that much, I'd say.

Quite a lot of Rangers fans would rather have had Derek McInnes as manager than Ally McCoist, but I wasn't one of them. I think Coisty is the right man for the job and I always felt that way when Walter said last season that he was leaving. Coisty learned from the best Scottish football manager in decades and that combined with a fine start in the SPL this season says to me that Coisty should be given a few seasons at least.

I'm right behind Ally as well, it's just you never know what can happen and Ally has to make sure he has a team that can beat 'weaker' European teams as CL football is important to our income. We can forgive this years failure as it was a new team in many positions, all of whom are doing really well now.

He now has 2 seasons to make sure we can get through the qualifiers as the year after next, we'll have to play a qualifier. We at least need to get to the 4th qualifying round, to drop straigh into the Europa groups.

It may be a slow process, but I've faith in Ally doing it.
