Fixed that for you Ian.....

Just in case you guys werent aware..... I am a Talbot fan. :D

Most successful Junior team ever. Bar none.

I still remember going to Hampden to watch the centenary Scottish Junior Cup final which was Pollok vs Talbot. Talbot had won it back in 1948 but were pish thereafter. Pollok were the fashionable Glasgow team who were also probably the most affluent team at the time. Pollok were installed as 1/6 favourites (I think) to win the cup due to the above as well as being the current holders and having won it twice in the previous 5 years. And it looked like those were reasonable odds given Pollok shot out to a 2-0 lead inside the 1st 15 minutes. However, the Super Talbot pulled that back and if memory serves me correctly, went in at half time 3-2 up and then played out the game to win it 3-2.

Ahhhhh, the days of yesteryear :D
