craig 5,199
Absolutely no way will Arsenal hire Walter Smith. No way. It isnt often I am 100% convinced of anything (aside from us winning the league...) but I am 100% convinced about this. Walter Smith to Arsenal ? NEVER.

If we had beaten Zenit in 2008 I think he would have a shout, but I have to agree with you.
Guest Dutchy
He was loved by Twente, but he left to go to Wofsburg in Germany, and promptly fecked them up.
Ergatrude 0
The only team McClaren has ever managed and done really well was FC Twente, although I always wondered why he wasn't given more time as the English national team gaffer. You forgot ">insert sarcasm here<"
Zappa 0
You forgot ">insert sarcasm here<" Well, they hit some poor form and failed to qualify for the euros, but he wasn't given an opportunity to make up for it and was replaced by a cabbage.
Guest Dutchy
I thought it was a turnip? No, that was the other one, I think they finally decided on a Swede.
Gribz 919
His spell in Holland got his reputation up quite a lot again but his struggle at Wolfsburg put doubts in. Having a disasterous spell at Forest means clubs will be reluctant to touch him in the future. Best he can maybe hope for is a Wigan, Bolton or Blackburn.

He did well with Middlesbrough won a cup and got to a European final.
