I don't know too much about their signings other than Falcao who they paid a staggering £35M for given they're not exactly a top brass club. But anyone who thought for even a second that Celtic could get even a draw last night was absolutely mad. They did have a good period at the start of the second half, without much penetration. Athletico had not scored a goal up to that point, but playing septic gave them the opportunity to break their duck. To be happy with a performance like that against a poor Athletico team defies logic, but we've all come to expect that from a manager that is hanging on to his job by a thread if he were to tell it as it is.
