My computer says windows can't open that file. If you could cut'n'paste it, maybe that would work?

 

You need software that can read and display a .pdf document such as Adobe Acrobat reader, Nitro PDF reader or similar. You can also view pdfs inside Google Chrome browser IIRC.

The reason that I asked is I thought Frankie might have stored it in the archive or penned an article on it. The forum I moderate on has a discussion on Whyte and I thought I would add my tuppence worth. However, since Gersnet has a couple of good finance heads they might be able to explain the following paragraph:

 

The Rangers FC Group has stated its intention to invest, or procure an investment of, �£20

million by 2016 for investment in the playing squad. If, as part of any player acquisition, the

Club agrees to make a transfer payment in a future year before 2016, The Rangers FC Group

will be obliged to invest cash to cover such transfer payment, up to �£5 million per year; such

amounts coming out of the �£20 million investment that The Rangers FC Group has stated its

Mainly the bold part. I could be reading it wrong but does that mean he'll put in �£5m of his own cash in or will Whyte look for outside investment to keep up his end of the bargain?
