Unity and the Bheast

To be honest it reminds me of the type of stuff that Hitler spouted - just substitute Rangers with Germany, VB with the Nazi Party, Bheasts with a derogatory name for Jews and a few other things like songs and see how it looks...

Great article mate agree with every word in a country where Loyal and British seem to be swear words it will be a hard fight.

Only problem thou the day the Rangers support unite hell will freeze over and that is a sad truth, we are brought up to think for ourselves we sit and listen to an argument then decide which side we stand for, unlike the green and grey who are told from a young age how to think what to believe in it's called brainwashing and the Catholic church and schools have it down to a fine art.

So I too live for the day when the Rangers family all sing from the same hymn sheet I hope to see it in my lifetime.

I'd argue that the Rangers fans working group has achieved a level of unity not seen for many years. There are representatives from all the major fans groups and websites there, generally agreeing on what needs to be done.

There was me thinking that it was the Rangers fans whose freedoms that were being threatened. We are being criticised for flying our national flag, we are being told what our songs mean, even though it's patently obvious that they mean some thing different, the "bheasts" are the ones who glorify terrorists both by banner and song, and yet we're the Nazis and they're the Jews?

Something wrong with your analogy, I think.

why fly a Union Jack??? What does it have to do with the football?? Also, MY national flag is the Saltire!!!

That also goes for THEM....Scottish teams playing in the Scottish league - why fly Union Jacks or Tri-colours??? They have absolutely NOTHING to do with the club or game being played!!!

We are a British club. Your nationality is British therefore your national flag is the Union Jack, like it or not. There is absolutely no reason not to fly it. A majority of our support over the years have been proud to be British and have identified with the unionist cause, the flag has the club colours in it, our club has a lot of unionist traditions (Loving Cup, Save the Union campaign etc) etc etc.

It seems crazy that British people are having to justify flying the British flags, but I guess that's today's Scotland for you.

Rangers fans flying a UJ is not the same as them having tricolours. In fact, there is more "right" in having a UJ at either ground than there is them having their Irish flags. We should not allow them to try and claim that the UJ is equivalent to them flying foreign flags.

It beggars belief that we get knocked for having the flag of our country at games yet they can fly foreign flags with not a word said.

And this from a fan who would rather take a Saltire than a UJ to a game.

First and foremost we play in the SPL, the Scottish Cup and the Scottish League Cup. We play in no other British competition, would that make us more of a Scottish club???

When any Scottish club plays an English club, it's immediately dubbed, 'the Battle of Briatian', thus not only serving a skewed version of what the BoB was, but driving a wedge between the 2 countries. At the moment, we're still a union amonst seperate countries, but it may not always stay like that. I don't see that it would make any diffirence to Rangers FC whether Scotland and England were still part of a union, or not.

Usually agree with a lot you have to say but that is just rubbish. It isn't just Rangers that's being attacked it's our whole way of life when has it ever been so bad to consider yourself British and fly your countries flag in this country we are looked at as scum while the other half sing and glorify terrorist.
