Such registration must be completed by 24.00 CET on the day before the relevant first-leg match and the clubâ��s association must confirm in writing that the new player is eligible to play at domestic level at this time" 01/09/2011 24:00 CET - Champions League Group Stages & Domestic League 01/02/2012 24:00 CET - Champions League Last 16 & Domestic League Also Factual Player Activity finalised, signed sealed and has Rangers top on and scarf over head.
