But if Craig Whyte has said in his official statement to shareholders that he will make 5m per year available for the playing staff, is he not duty bound to deliver? I don't know if he is Duty Bound to do it, But I feel this is the Record and their journalists attempts at trying to get a reaction from Mr Whyte and a story.
