craig 5,199
Great? Cuellar was great, Boumsong was great. Bougherra is and was average with the occasional purple patch. I'm not sure why you wish him so well when he's allegedly screwing over the club you're supposed to love. I thought you said we should jump at 1 mill if offered it ? Was that you ? If so, he needs to pay his way out of his contract and that is, allegedly, the magic number of 1 mill. So by your account, that wouldnt be screwing the club over but us getting just value. If it wasnt you that said that then apologies.

Our defensive record is better with Bougherra than it was with Cuellar. Might sound strange, but it's true...

Out of £2M.

He's been an integral part of a Rangers side that has had the odds firmly stacked against them so for me he's a great pl;ayer for doing his job the way he did. he's not a rangers fan, he owes me and you nothing as he's done nothing but give his best for us. Danny 0
What have Boumsong and Cuellar got to do with the price of cheese? If you call one defender great, it's surely fair to compare with his predecessors? He's been an integral part of a Rangers side that has had the odds firmly stacked against them so for me he's a great pl;ayer for doing his job the way he did. he's not a rangers fan, he owes me and you nothing as he's done nothing but give his best for us. Many of us would strongly disagree with that. Especially this past season. Stop being bitter Bitter about what? I have an opinion about a Rangers player who's been giving 'I want to leave' soundbites for 2 years. Hardly going to ingratiate himself to me. Maybe you have a different definition of what you want from Rangers players.
Zappa 0
Who'd you rather have... Neither mate. I want a quality defender who puts our club first like Davie Weir. We need to clone Davie Weir. There's a lab in Edinburgh which can do it for a couple of mill tops...

Guest Dutchy
Fact is, nobody's beating the door down to sign Bougherra, so if he wants to leave, which is his perogative, take the million and be done with it. Players come and go all the time at Rangers, Bougherra is no diffirent.
