BBC Sportscene pundits on SPL title race

Sounds buggered on the laptop, so I couldn't hear that.

I'm listening to the Paper Talk show on BBC Scotland right now and some are criticising lemon, and some are not.

I once heard that Billy Dodds openly saying that he's got it in for Rangers, mainly because he wasn't picked enough when he was with us. Boo hooo.

I Was wondering myself, but when I heard him saying it, it explained a whole lot of the things he had to say, especially his apparent love for septics style of football. It's entirely up to him who he wants to support, or not. Just waiting for someone other than Gordon Smith to talk up Rangers on that BBC. Traynor sometimes says good things, but he can destroy it all in his next sentance.

As far as I am concerned they can have all the love fests for Celtic they like.

Funny how we were the negative, boring, "anti-football" team yet ended the season having scored 3 more goals than Celtic and also having given away 7 goals more - that suggests to me that we were no less attacking than they were. Lets not also forget that their goal haul included an obvious anomaly in the 9-0 gubbing of the sheep.

Me thinks they salivate over the "Celtic style" too much. I will take our "dour, boring, negative anti-football" any day of the week so long as it produces prizes. They can hang onto their comfort blanket of playing with panache and they can also keep the completely intangible, irrelevant, invisible "trophy" of playing the best football.

It's simple, they like the fancy dan players and end up winning nothing.

We on the other hand are a team, we play like a team and everyone in the team understands what thier role is in the team.

When we play badly, we can still win, when we play well, we can score lots.

When we play great, then 'Heads Down septic'.

Cant play it overseas, whats the just of it?

Dodds is a Gers fan. Spoke to him a few times when he played for Aberdeen. I remember talking to him in a bar after he scored against us at ibrox to nick a 2-2 draw in the 90s and we had a joke about what was he thought he was doing!!

Their claims do not really stand up to any scrutiny. Couldn't put it better than you have.

Also Dodds seems a bit of a dick these days.
