Bluedell 5,627
Why does he see fit to give his opinion on the Lennon incident and not the songs sung or the police and stewards being harassed and attacked? All are equally as relevant (or not) to the Rangers. We should not be commenting on issues that are nothing to do with the club.
Tumshie RFC 0
Both investigations have nothing to do with the club. A statement like this only fans the flames.
CumbernauldGers 0
Stupid thing for Rangers to do. Ahh well seems like Bain is still there and working.
der Berliner 3,744
Had we kept silent, it would have been deemed wrong. Had we said something, it would have been deemed wrong. Such stuff is a lose-lose situation if you are thirty-party blamed without any chance of defence, since there is no "real" accusation. It all hearsay, assumptions and rumour-mongering.
Darthter 542
just because no comment has been made publicly about the singing/chants, doesn't mean that its not been mentioned. I would hope that publicly, they are showing support in condemning the incident, but behind the scenes preparing a full report to submit to the SFA/SPL/FARE/UEFA/FIFA/Samaritans etc....
aweebluesoandso 290
I now thought with Craig Whyte taking over we had thrown out the "PR for dummies" book and got some good professions in?, it would seam Bain is still thumbing through it as yet.
stewarty 2,025
You can also read it as showing professional sympathy something the tims can not even dream of. We all complain about negative things but surely this portrays Rangers in a positive light. Agreed. Nothing wrong with condemning an act of violence.
Danny 0
Stupid thing for Rangers to do. Ahh well seems like Bain is still there and working. We could hardly expect an overnight clearout of the deadwood.
Danny 0
Agreed. Nothing wrong with condemning an act of violence. One which isn't related to the club? We didn't say anything about the Dida incident. Why this? I'm not sure this wasn't a misguided statement.
CumbernauldGers 0
We could hardly expect an overnight clearout of the deadwood. No clear out man, just start with this one Bain. He has done more ham to our club than any celtic team could do. Get him to fuck.
