I thought the wildcard deadline was 11pm on Wednesday and the signing deadline for this round was 5pm tonight

but I might be getting this mixed up with the last round of Champions League qualifiers ?

Not only that but the fact that we also got his permit approved would leave him with less value too - because whilst the permit wasnt approved there was the chance, albeit remote, that his transfer would not be allowed to go through, which could leave him without a club and Orebro might have been able to retain him.

 

Having the permit approved means that now wont happen.
