RSC Meeting This Sunday

Recommended Posts

On the report side of things, I think Ian was just hoping someone could give us a report afterwards. While that would be good I'm also wondering about just how much info on the discussions at these meetings should be made public, but no doubt that'll be discussed anyway.

I agree Zappa i would like to know what is being said as i would like to offer any help that may be needed, but i don't want the "opposition" knowing what our 'battle plans' are.

Just back from the meeting. There will be detailed minutes and a press release issued, probably tomorrow.

However the main features were:

Self-policing - we need to stop singing The Billy Boys and other songs containing "fenian", songs mentioning the pope, and the famine song.

We need to be more organised as a support. Don't just moan on here. Take action and complain yourself. Don't rely on others. That's what they are doing. I will be posting a list of contact details later.
