Kyle Can Have Last Laff

Recommended Posts

I think this comment is an attempt to boost the players confidence. suppose we should be pleased that our management are actively trying to motivate him.

I would normally agree.... but how many of us believe it ? How many of the 1st team squad are sniggering behind McCoist's back for saying it ?

I know players need their egos stroked every now and then but Lafferty should know he hasnt been producing. He is far from the only one though. Davis admitted as much today, but then it isnt the first time this season he has had to do that either. Something far wrong in our dressing room.

Kyle might be a bit hot and cold, but name a striker who isn't. When he's in the mood and on form he is extremely good - hell, I recall the pelters he got last season died down up till about January this year because he was showing signs of form. It's only in the last month the criticism has returned.

Until he gets an extended run up front, he will never be consistent. And that's not a luxury he's ever had at Ibrox. So he basically has no chance.

Half agree with your point about not having a run upfront, and Id prefer to see him playing as the old Number 10. but half the time he has been injured is because of his own silly antics.
