If he gets done with a secterian breach he'll remain in custody and held at a cop shop until the next lawful day when the courts are open. Best thing that can happen is to arrest him about midday on a Friday afternoon which will mean he's in until Monday morning or even better, Tuesday morning if Monday is a bank holiday.
