Frankie 8,687
Ian won't be happy with you stealing his thread... I think the game will finish 2-2 with three men sent off. Jelavic and Lafferty will score for us.

Cotter 0
If we go with Davis and Edu in the middle we're fucked. I can see Bartley back in there and a sheepish 1-0 loss.
Frankie 8,687
I think it will be Davis, Edu and Bartley in the middle. I'll be happy enough with that as Diouf and Naismith/Weiss should be capable of supporting Jelavic.

calscot 0
I'll go for 2-1 Rangers but wouldn't be surprised with a hard fought draw in a scrappy game. Jelavic and Whittaker (pen) to score. I can imagine us having two stonewall penalties being turned down and then getting a soft one, which will send Celtic into a tizzy for months. Walter chose his team on Thursday for experience as he sees that as a priority for Europe; however, his choices were limited in that sense, with Davis and Edu hardly veterans. For Celtic, I can see Bartley coming in as a holding midfielder, with Edu dropped and Diouf moving back into midfield, playing a 4-5-1 with Jelavic up front instead of Lafferty. Whittaker in midfield won't be a surprise either and I predict a recall for Naismith at the expense of Weiss. I think Celtic will be overconfident and we'll hit them on the break and punish them for it. I predict they'll have most of the possession while we have most of, and the better of the chances.
metlika 0
1-1, and that is being optimistic at the moment.
