Stimpy 0
:sw::mb::sp: :jn: :sd::me::sn: :ehd::nj: Weiss, I feel, might be the loser. We have more options now that we have players who're deserving of being a first pick. However, everyone will play their part due the number of games we have coming up.

Danny 0
One thing is for sure, thanks to the window, our squad and first team is far healthier than it was.
CumbernauldGers 0
Calm down. It's just a paper formation - Weiss and Naismith regularly swap positions throughout most games; from each wing and/or a more attacking central role. The point is he is a right winger, full stop and i for one would like to see him play there and not all over the park.
CumbernauldGers 0
What makes you say that ? Ha very good mate.
craig 5,199
Was a serious question. Why is he a right winger ? Because he is right footed ? There are more players these days who play on the "wrong" wing as it makes them stronger when they cut inside. If you think it is because he could get to the byeline and get the ball in... have you seen how bad his delivery is ?
Totti 0
Erm pretty sure he generally is a right winger. That's where has has always played previously. Generally wingers/inside forwards play on the opposite sides in a 4-3-3. In a 4-4-2 though probably normally play on their conventional side. Zappa 0
Weiss plays on both sides. I watched him play on both during the World Cup, even switching sides during a match as he's done for us.
Zappa 0
I honestly can't pick a preferred first XI so soon after the new players have arrived. Really need to see them play for us. I'll bump this thread in March...
CumbernauldGers 0
Take it you lot are at it. He clearly is and has been a right winger for club and country.
