Zappa 0
The steel dummies look more mobile than Beattie. That's why a young guy like Hemmings with a great scoring record should get a chance ahead of Beattie. If Walter gets it right, he'll just write Beattie off as a mistake, a striker who was once very good, but now not very good.
Totti 0
Beattie's cause isn't helped by being partnered by LAUGHerty
Cotter 0
I would love to have the wee man back. I've never been as disgusted with my club as I was the day it was revealed he was for the off. And the tims fuckin hate him.

johnnyk 158
You could just as easily suggest that Lafferty's cause isnt being helped by being partnered by Beattie It has not really worked out for either so far, Lafferty has done it in spells but made a fool of himself more times than he's socred goals but he has scored some important goals for us. He is working harder than I have ever seen him so with the right partner he might just be an important player for us. Beattie looks like he is trying too hard to get of the mark and hasn't settled at all. He has no pace , hasn't scored many goals for any club except Sheff Utd and doesn't really look like a footballer but he's here and we can't afford to pay him off so he'll get more game time but is looking washed up already.
pete 2,499
Plymouth's Bradley Wright-Phillips could be travelling to Glasgow on Sunday for a medical at Rangers. (Sunday Mail) http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/scotland/9370994.stm Bradley Edward Wright-Phillips has gone to Charlton so we have dodged that one.

Gribz 962
I still think Novo would be a good option. He can play upfront, left or right and always puts in a good shift. It would be good if someone down south came in and took beattie off our hands. The guy must fill his boots with concrete.
Stefanovitch 0
I'd rather have Novo back than Boyd
