maineflyer 0
No and thrice no. Having just lost one player contaminated by the green and grey the last thing we need is to find another one.
Gribz 919
Would be a disgrace of a signing. WS enjoyed the old dabble of SPL players during the 90s to make up squad numbers but at the same time he had an open cheque book to sign good players to compliement the team. Signing SPL's run of the mill players without the multimillion signings will set us back further. Give Fleck, Naismith and Lafferty a run upfront rather than this guy. Naismith could move into a centre forward role permanently and play Weiss and Kerkar on the wings. Has anyone seen Kerkar play BTW?? He doesnt seem to get on at all. Where is Gary O Connor these days? He was more of a decent striker for Hibs.
ian1964 10,761
I hope to fuck this is a wind up!!!!!!! Skysports.com understands Rangers are considering a move for Hibernian forward Derek Riordan to boost their attacking options. Rangers have lost Kenny Miller to Bursaspor this month and have also missed out on Derby County attacker Kris Commons, who is poised to join Old Firm rivals Celtic. Former Celtic striker Riordan has now emerged as a potential target for Gers boss Walter Smith ahead of the closure of the transfer window. Smith is trying to improve his squad and is weighing up whether to make an offer for the Scotland international. Riordan has started Hibs' last two SPL matches on the bench and appeared as a second-half substitute in Wednesday's 2-0 home defeat by Rangers. He is out of contract at the end of the season and he would be a cut-price option for Gers in the quest to replace the departed Miller. Gers have also lined up Riordan as an alternative to David Goodwillie after Smith cooled his interest in signing the Dundee United striker. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12876_6704603,00.html
Gers4Life 0
Oh please no!!! What are we thinking
maineflyer 0
Begging scraps from the table is one thing but employing celtic cast offs is quite unacceptable for Rangers. Perhaps Walter feels vindicated by Miller but I'll tell him now Riordan will find nothing but hostility at Ibrox. Ffs is there no pride left at all?

chilledbear 16
I think we will have Boyd and a defender, both loans till the end of the season. The money from Millers sale will disappear and we will still be in the same boat next season. My big hope is Ally will tell them to F--- OFF, and the Supporters will wake up. OOOPS sorry folks fell asleep and started dreaming halfway through that. Edited January 28, 2011 by chilledbear old age
Stefanovitch 0
A little imagination from our management team would be welcome. What about Oscar Wendt from Copenhagen? 25 yrs old, left sided 6 months left on his contract or the young lad Hayes of Inverness - he's a good player or a loan deal for Szabolcs Huszti from Zenit.

That is imaginative we don't have that. its either the overinflated EPL or the overrated and overinflated SPL duds is where we pick from. I take either of those 2 not Hayes though.
