rbr 1,270
The last thing we need is another striker , midfield and wide midfield definetly , unfortunately I see this as a possibility as the radio , Levein , stated he was offski last week . Sorry dont mean unfortunately in that I dont rate him , more that it's not the position we need filled first , sort of thing ......
CumbernauldGers 0
No no and no. First £2m? What bank have we just robbed and we dont need another player from the SPL. For £2m if we had it you can get a better player. Non story.
Gers4Life 0
Wheres the money coming from this, have we tapped Celtic?
Stefanovitch 0
£2m would be better used targetting Skacel or Templeton and where is Andy Driver these days?
metlika 0
I would prefer other options but it might be because someone might need replacing, preferably Beattie. Driver is a bit like Webster always on the treatment table. Skacel imo can't cut it at a higher level can't handle the pressure, Heartz is his level in my eyes. IF we did go for him it would be a stop gap if anything.
Stefanovitch 0
I think Skacel has proven twice over the SPL is a level where he can thrive!
Zappa 0
I'd be delighted if we signed Templeton and Eremenko, but I don't see where the money would come from especially considering there's interest in Templeton from down south.
Jim White 0
Dundee United have confirmed there have been formal approaches from two clubs about David Goodwillie. More...
Guest Mac
Dundee United are skint, they were hoping/expecting to cash in on Goodwillie last summer but the bidding war they were hoping for didn't happen. IMO it's them who are at it here, they are trying to stir up a bit of interest without showing how desperate they are to cash in an asset. BTW I rate Goodwillie but think another season as their top striker playing week in week out would prob be best for him, and NO WAY would anyone pay £2m for him just now!
Totti 0
I think Skacel has proven twice over the SPL is a level where he can thrive! And he showed in England his limitations at the higher levels.
