It included an image of a road traffic warning sign from a school crossing. A silhouette of an adult holding a child's hand is above the word "CAUTION". The rest of the wording was doctored to read "The Pope is coming". Only the Catholic Church could take a satirical look at their own failure to prevent child abuse as sectarian or bigotry.
