pete 2,511
Just a wee note on some interesing stats. On home form Celtic are ranked No1 having won all 4 of their games. On away form they have won 1 drawn 1 and lost 1 which ranks them as No. 9. After Saturday Celtic will have played 5 home games and just 3 away games. Rangers will be the opposite, played 3 home games and 5 away games. Maybe a draw will not be as bad as we think given Celtics away form. ---------------- Celtic-----------v-----------Rangers --------------Pld-W-D-L-Pts-Rank-___-- Pld-W-D--L--Pts-Rank Overall Record-7--5--1-1-16---1---___---7--3--3--1--12---3 Home Record--4--4--0-0-12---1---___---3--2--1--0---7----2 Away Record--3--1--1-1--4---9---___ -- 4--1--2--1---5----6
craig 5,199
I still think we have the team to beat them on Saturday but we need to apply more pressure in the midfield and allow them much less time on the ball. I don't think they are that good a team.... but I said the same last season and they wiped the floor with us. Hopefully the REAL Rangers show up on Saturday !

bluedan 93
The key area on the pitch will be the midfield. Baz and Hemdami are very important and cannot allow Grav and Lemmon to bully them. Lee Martin needs to defend alot better too and if Adam had a bit more match practice then id give him the nod. Boydy has to play, He'll get us a goal or two and i think Timmy will be scared of him. Prso with him up top. If Svenson plays it could be a major mistake. The atmosphere could unsettle him and it would be too risky to play him. Papic in there and hopfully he'll play like Soti did in his OF debut, like a rock. 4-4-2 as we need to be much more solid all over the park.
