wabashcannonball 0
You behave yourself or you'll get a rap across the knuckles P1 and P2, and not an Almoner nor Worshipful Master on the square. A secret is only a secret if it is a secret.
craig 5,199
Hmm, I know of a priest in The Grand Lodge of Ireland, based in Dublin of all places. My dad's lodge also has Catholics in his lodge. The myth of masonry being some sort of anti-catholic organisation is absolute bull shit giving that there's at least one lodge in nearly every country across the globe. Only in NI and West Coast of Scotland is this pish peddled. I think you are actually missing the point and/or turning it on its head. 26th is saying it from a "catholic church boot them out" perspective- not from a "freemasons wont accept them" perspective. Freemasonry hasnt ever turned Catholics away - the Catholic church will ex-communicate them if they join the freemasons. Even in our small lodge we have a PM who was basically disowned by the Catholic church because he was a freemason.
