The RST isn't lucky enough to have that level of achievement I'm afraid. Picture the communication skills of Mr Bean, the humility of Basil Fawlty and the organizational abilities of Frank Spencer ... and you'll be altogether closer to defining the RST. Edit: perhaps I should have added the honesty of Walter Mitty and the intellectual ability of Ralph Wiggum.
