If he's owed money, it's up to him to decide if he wants to demand that money, or write it off and get the move to Rangers. In reality, if you're owed a sum of cash, what would you do? I dont know Austrian law but surely he would be able to sign for us and then sue them for monies owed ? If I'm owed money I would want it. However if I could maybe earn or exceed the money I'm owed I would probably haggle to a price that would be reasonable however you never know that you will make that money.
