on all accounts its a done deal,he will sign for rangers before the season starts.seems he will come from hull on loan which i believe means hull will pay half his wages.so its a win win situation for everbody, bullard gets his money, rangers maintain their wage structure, and hull reduce their wage bill.

No way am I believing this tripe about Bullard. In fact I'm not going to believe a single transfer rumour until there's an official announcement of a completed deal.

This is the sort of move which actually wouldnt surprise me, the only thing that doesnt add up would be the wages. Perhaps Bullard didnt fancy Celtic at all but saw the class of Ibrox and Murray Park and it took to his liking.

Bullard can be a decent player, he has had a couple of terrible injuries rather then being injury prone - similar to Thomson. He gets about the park and can score some crackers.
