I get the feeling the �£5m we have to spend is a load of bollocks. It's more likely to be a case of 1 out and 1 in. In this case it's looking like 2 out and 1 in or even 2 out and zero in. Can't remember if he specifically mentioned that figure but they did say we had a certain amount to spend and didn't have to sell to do so. I'd fancy �£5million would be for fees and wages over the term of a contract.
