ian1964 10,777
Obertan on loan for a season, would be good. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1285934/Rangers-want-Manchester-United-star-Gabriel-Obertan-year-long-loan.html?ITO=1490 Rangers transfer target Gabriel Obertan wonââ?¬â?¢t be allowed to leave Manchester United on a loan move. Ibrox boss Walter Smith was thought to be planning to ask close pal Sir Alex Ferguson to provide him with the services of the France Under-21 forward ââ?¬â?? whom he also tried to land in January ââ?¬â?? on a season-long loan. Smith is keen to obtain the services of some top young players from Englandââ?¬â?¢s leading clubs and Obertan was one of his top options. Rangers have loaned players from United in the past, with Lee Martin and Phil Bardsley both moving north of the border during Paul Le Guenââ?¬â?¢s short time as manager. Obertan ââ?¬â?? who cost United Ã?£3million from Bordeaux ââ?¬â?? made his first-team debut for United last season, but is unlikely to feature regularly for them next term. However, itââ?¬â?¢s believed they want to keep him at Old Trafford and have him working closely on the training ground with the existing first-team players to help prepare him for the next step. Obertanââ?¬â?¢s agent, Karim Djaziri, revealed: ââ?¬Å?Gabriel is going to stay with Manchester United next season. ââ?¬Å?We spoke at length with the manager and the club at the end of last season and there wasnââ?¬â?¢t any intention of him being loaned out to another club.ââ?¬Â http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/editor-s-picks/transfers-no-rangers-switch-for-manchester-united-starlet-1.1034989

Played very well against Mexico with a particularly fine goal.

ascender 352
Maybe we should have some sort of transfer window bingo board with the usual suspects on it.
metlika 0
I'd take him. Played very well against Mexico with a particularly fine goal. I was lucky enough to see his goal as I had just finished my football, left sided player what we need wouldn't be too expensive seeing as he is based in South Africa iirc. If he keeps up his form then we have no chance.
